comments:
Beautiful park street. People sit and eat dinner outside when nice. Love the neighborhood.
House is 120 years old
Service street in back of building can be used for loading/unloading vehicles and bringing bikes in/out
Possible to keep bikes on back patio
Basement has second fridge ("beer fridge" according to landlord)
Landlord teaches at Penn Design School. Really interesting guy, lives a few houses down on same street Going on Sabatical for next several months in South America. Diego (design student) will manage, had been living there.
These Madison square properties look pretty solid too!
ReplyDeleteWhile being in a cool Philly neighborhood/community wouldnt be a priority for me (since some current wharton students say you're too busy to leave the "wharton bubble" anyways) its certainly not a downside!
and the prices are appealing while being both easy walking distance from rittenhouse and wharton (1.3 miles is easily doable!)
