Building is still being renovated, so have to go mostly by what landlord tells me, but he's very involved in the renovation and seems to really care about the quality of the place.

One interior wall will be bare brick - cool look that I got to see in house next door (under renovation by same company).

Landlord lives in house next door - young French guy, seems very cool, student at Drexel who also runs wine import business (he's from Bordeaux)

Nice street. Landlord gushed about it. Frequent block parties, once per month street cleanup by neighbors. Facebook page for "best block in Philly". Lots of young people.
Small park just at end of street

Seems like a great place, but have to go on faith until renovation is actually done. Landlord is willing to send out update pictures as renovation progresses. Contractor says work will be done by July 1, no problem
